My favorite is the Cadillac Coup DeVille because I'm just crazy about the way a Cadillac looks and rides.I really want this type of car.I want it to be metallic blue with 24" Dub Rims,suicide doors,a good sound system and tight metal spare wheel cover.

Journal Topic II

1.Many students participate in after school programs. Explain how this might help them.

After school programs might help students after school because it will keep them out of trouble and off the streets. When I was done with school I went to tutoring and even sometimes to sport or Marching Band practice. So basically I came home around seven or eight and was really tired. Plus I would even come to school at six thirty for Jazz band and then school would start at eight. So I would be at school from six thirty in the morning till five at night. Music was a big part of my life and so it was my anti-drug and so I would do that instead of being in trouble or in the streets.

Sonny's Blues Report I

This report is about my thoughts about the character, Sonny. I can really connect with Sonney because the way he feels is just like the way I be feeling. He felt like he wasn't very important and wanted to give up. I also feel that way and it seems like every time I try to get close to someone,they leave. Then when someone tells us what we need to hear, we feel like there being mean and disrespectful. Plus, on the positive side he loves music and so do I.

Sonny's Blues

The speaker (Sonny's big brother) was on leave for the Army and just when he's about to leave, his mother told him about his father and Uncle. She told him that he needs to keep in touch and watch after his brother Sonny. His mother told him that one time her husband and his brother was having a good time and was really drunk. The Uncle played his guitar at a Joke Joint and was singing at the same time. When the two left,it was dark as dark can get,and the brother ran down the hill. A car full of white folks was driving and was also drunk. So they was messing around and tried to hit the Uncle and they did hit him. The father ran down the hill and saw his little brother dead in the street. His blood was all over the street and his pulp from his body. Ever since that day the father lost his brother, he became stronger but even more loving. So that's why the mother told her son to watch after his brother. The world was very cold back then and still is till this very day. Sonny's brother was never told this story until now and he never knew he had a Uncle.

NAS:James Baldwin

I'm writing about an African-American Author that I heard about on a CD of my favorite hip-hop artist NAS. This author was born in 1924 and died in 1987. The same year I was born he had passed. His name is James Baldwin. I'm so amazed by the way he uses his words and the way he uses metaphors. One of Mr.Balwin's stories I'm reading is called "Sonny's Blues". So far the story, the speaker,is talking to a guy and they're talking about Sonney. While there talking.

Blogger Writers Part I

This project is really tight because it's you expressing your mind on this site instead of writing it in a journal. We are the young adults of the future and I like this better then wring on paper with a pen or paper. It's almost like the "Freedom Writers" writing there thoughts on paper but it's 2008 and we're almost doing the same thing but only on this cool site doing a blog. I could do this everyday in and out of class. We are the future for real.
